Lasers work by delivering light pulses to the tattoo to break up the pigment. Treatments typically last 5 - 20 minutes, and six to eight treatments may be needed to remove a professional tattoo. The number of sessions required will depend
on the size of the tattoo, ink pigments used, and how deeply it was injected.
