Our Physician Assistants (PAs) are highly trained, valued team members. With over 25 years' experience between them, our PAs manage the health care needs of many of our patients.

PAs at South Shore Skin Center see patients, diagnose issues, perform biopsies, discuss preventive health care with patients, prescribe medications as needed, and are responsible for managing many other patient care needs.

All of our PAs have graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program, and passed a national certification exam. They must also complete a minimum of 100 hours of continuing medical education every 2 years, and be recertified every 6 years.

Jessica L. Bahros, PA-C
Jessica is a board certified Physician Assistant with over 6 years of clinical experience. She has strong surgical skills and a primary focus on medical Dermatology.

Jessica received her Master's of Health Sciences from Antioch New England Graduate School, and has trained at Johns Hopkins Hospital Baltimore, MD. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and a member of the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants.

Stacey J. Burns, PA-C
With over 8 years experience in dermatology as a board certified Physician Assistant, Stacey is an expert in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.

Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Stacey worked as a Medical Assistant in a dermatology practice in Wellesley, MA. She also trained at the Naval Hospital in Great Lakes, IL as a hospital corpsman in the Dermatology Clinic.

Stacey received her Masters in Health Sciences degree from Boston's Northeastern University. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Elizabeth J. McLeish, PA-C
Elizabeth has been a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology for over eight years. She has developed an expertise in general dermatology through caring for patients in Providence, RI, eastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod.

Elizabeth is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She holds a Masters in Health Sciences from Northeastern University.

Michelle Roy, PA-C
Michelle is a board certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years of clinical experience.

She has a special interest in cosmetic dermatology, and attends regular conferences on general and cosmetic dermatology. Additionally, Michelle is among the National training staff for Lumenis Corp. She is a nationally recognized expert in IPL, and regularly trains both physicians and physician assistants in the use of IPL.

Prior to joining the staff of South Shore Skin Center, she worked for a busy dermatology practice in Bethesda, MD, where she implemented and managed the Derm-Esthetics program.

Michelle earned her Master's of Health Science and Physician Assistant Degree from Duke University. She is a member of the Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
