Jean Adams, RN, BSN is the Cosmetic Nurse Specialist at South Shore Skin Center. She provides cosmetic consultations and performs procedures such as Botox, Restylane, Collagen and laser treatments. Ms. Adams holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Curry College and has more than 30 years nursing experience. She is a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association and regularly attends cosmetic conferences. She has received formal laser training by Dr. Richard Eisen, who is a recognized expert in laser therapy. |

Lenae Richard is a Medical Assistant and Licensed Medical Esthetician who cares for both medical and cosmetic dermatology clients in South Shore Skin Center’s Cohasset and Plymouth offices. On Thursdays, Lenae is a Medical Assistant working alongside Dr. Richard Eisen, Dr. Ramzi Saad, Dr. Kate Ayers, Dr. Emily Tierney and Dr. William Stocker at the Plymouth office and spa. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, she cares for patients in the Plymouth spa as a Licensed Esthetician providing microdermabrasion, chemical peels, facials, waxing and Latisse. On Mondays, she provides those same esthetic services to patients at the Cohasset office. Lenae received her Medical Assistant certificate from Clark University in Braintree and her esthetics license from Skin Techniques in Pembroke. She regularly attends cosmetic conferences. |

Mary F. Rico is a Medical Assistant with more than 12 years experience who has specialized in dermatology for the past six years. Mary’s primary focus is cosmetic dermatology, in particular Thermage, laser hair removal, facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels and cosmetic consultation. Mary holds a Medical Assistant certificate from Massasoit Community College. She also attended Spa Tech Institute and is a licensed medical esthetician. Mary has attended conferences at the International Esthetics Cosmetics & Spa Association in New York and received CEUs with CIDESCO (the world’s major international beauty therapy association) in facial analysis, product formula, lymphatic drainage, acne and rosacea. She is a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association. |

Lori Skinner, RN, BSN is a Cosmetic Nurse Specialist whose primary clinical focus is on laser treatments. Lori uses various lasers to treat spider veins and to remove brown spots and tattoos. She also performs XTRAC Excimer laser treatments for patients with vitiligo and psoriasis. Lori also performs Thermage procedures and Botox. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Curry College and has over 10 years of nursing experience. She is a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association and regularly attends cosmetic dermatology conferences. She is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and has received training through workshops and courses conducted by the organization. Ms. Skinner has also received formal laser training from Dr. Richard Eisen, a recognized expert in laser therapy. Additionally, she is a Licensed Medical Esthetician. |
