Dr. Eisen
Richard F. Eisen, M.D. is a Board Certified Dermatologist and highly skilled Mohs micrographic surgeon. As a well-known Dermatologist in the Northeast, Dr. Eisen has held several teaching positions and is a published author for general medicine and dermatology. Dr. Eisen is a Board Certified Dermatologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is a recognized expert in laser therapy and is a fellow of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and American Society of Lasers in Medicine and Surgery. He received his doctoral degree from Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, PA and completed his dermatology residency at Boston University/Tufts University, Boston. He is a Fellow, Cutaneous Surgery and Oncology at Tufts New England Medical Center, Boston. He is on staff at South Shore Hospital in South Weymouth and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth.
Dr. Saad
Ramzi W. Saad, M.D. is a Board Certified Dermatologist who joined the practice in 1995. Before joining the practice, Dr. Saad had a distinguished career in the U.S. Army, holding positions as Chief of the Department of Dermatology at Keller Army Hospital, West Point, as well as Assistant Chief of the Dermatology Department at William Beaumont AMC.  Dr. Saad has published numerous Dermatology papers and has held teaching positions throughout the U.S.  He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He received his doctoral degree from New York Medical College, Valhalla, NY and completed his dermatology residency at Walter Reed Army Medical College, Washington, DC.   He is on staff at South Shore Hospital in South Weymouth and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth.
Navid Bouzari, M.D. is a Board Certified Dermatologist and a Boston-trained Mohs Micrographic surgeon. Dr. Bouzari completed his dermatology residency at University of Miami, Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery. He completed his clinical fellowship in Mohs Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology at Lahey Clinic/Harvard University Department of Dermatology. Dr. Bouzari is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is on staff at South Shore Hospital in South Weymouth and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American College of Mohs Surgeons, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Women’s Dermatologic Society, the Massachusetts Medical Society and the Melanoma Skin Cancer Committee of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Bouzari is an internationally published author on dermatological issues and diseases.
Katherine J. Ayers, M.D. a Board Certified Dermatologist, joined the practice in 2008. Dr. Ayers treats both medical and cosmetic patients at South Shore Skin Center. Her cosmetics practice includes Botox, Fillers and laser treatments. In addition to caring for patients at South Shore Skin Center, Dr. Ayers is an Associate Staff member of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth and an Affiliate Staff member for South Shore Hospital in Weymouth. She has published in dermatology literature and has been involved in and led skin cancer screenings. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery: Massachusetts Medical Society; the American Medical Women’s Association and the American Medical Association.
dobecki Glenn A. Dobecki, M.D. a Board Certified Dermatologist, joined South Shore Skin Center in 2013. He previously was a solo practitioner in South Weymouth since 1972. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology-Chemistry from St. Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, Indiana, and his doctoral degree from Indiana University. Following his internship at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, he completed his dermatology residency at University Hospital here in Boston. He then began a two-year term as Staff Dermatologist at Bethesda Naval Hospital. Dr. Dobecki is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, as well as a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Massachusetts Academy of Dermatology, Boston Dermatological Club, the Dermatology Foundation, the Society of Investigative Dermatology, the New England Dermatologic Society, the American Medical Association and Noah Worcester Dermatological Society. He is on staff at South Shore Hospital in South Weymouth and Boston Medical Center.
Ricardo Pollitt, M.D., Ph.D. a Board Certified Dermatologist, joined the practice in the Fall of 2014. Dr. Pollitt’s educational background includes a residency at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF), an internship at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center & Colorado Health Foundation, an M.D. from Stanford University School of Medicine, a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Public Health and a B.A. in Psychology/French Studies from Amherst College. Dr. Pollitt is an honors graduate of both the University of North Carolina and Amherst College. He has been widely published, is fluent in three languages and was a member of the AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC). A member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), Dr. Pollitt is on staff at South Shore Hospital.
Tivon I. Sidorsky, M.D., M.B.A. is a Board Certified Dermatologist whose practice includes medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. He joined South Shore Skin Center in September 2014. After graduating with honors from Wesleyan University, Dr. Sidorsky received his medical training at Dartmouth Medical School, where he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society in his junior year, named a Syversten Scholar for his academic excellence, humanitarianism and community service and ultimately graduated at the top of his class. While in medical school, he simultaneously earned his Master of Business Administration degree at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and founded an early stage medical device company. Dr. Sidorsky went on to complete his internal medicine internship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center followed by a dermatology residency at the University of California-San Francisco, renowned both as one of the world’s premier dermatology centers and for its training programs. Throughout his career, Dr. Sidorsky has published research in clinical dermatology, innovative clinic modeling and infectious disease in leading dermatology/internal medicine journals and dermatology textbooks. Dr. Sidorsky is an active member of AOA, the American Academy of Dermatology, and the New England Dermatological Society. He is on staff at South Shore Hospital.
Jessica L. Bahros, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant with over twelve years of clinical experience. She has strong surgical skills and a primary focus on medical Dermatology. Jessica received her Master’s of Health Sciences from Antioch New England Graduate School, and has trained at Johns Hopkins Hospital Baltimore, MD. She is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants. Jessica is also a  Diplomate of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. This prestigious title was achieved through the completion of a 70 hour dermatology course through the University of Texas Southwestern. The Diplomate title reflects a Physician Assistant’s utmost dedication to the dermatology profession and is the highest honor available as a Dermatology PA.
Stacey J. Burns, PA-C is an expert in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology and has more than fifteen years experience in dermatology as a board certified Physician Assistant. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Stacey worked as a Medical Assistant in a dermatology practice in Wellesley, MA. She also trained at the Naval Hospital in Great Lakes, IL as a hospital corpsman in the Dermatology Clinic.Stacey received her Masters in Health Sciences degree from Boston’s Northeastern University. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Elizabeth J. McLeish, PA-C has been a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology for over thirteen years. She has developed an expertise in general dermatology through caring for patients in Providence, RI, eastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod. Elizabeth holds a Masters in Health Sciences from Northeastern University. She is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Elizabeth is also a  Diplomate of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. This prestigious title was achieved through the completion of a 70 hour dermatology course through the University of Texas Southwestern. Vanessa (Pollard) Rando, PA-C is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who has specialized in dermatology for the past two years. Previous to entering into dermatology, Vanessa was an Internal Medicine Physician Assistant at a busy general practice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Boston University and a Master of Medical Science from Yale University School of Medicine. Vanessa is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
 reardon Rosemary N. Reardon, PA-C is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who has specialized in medical dermatology for five years. Prior to joining the practice, Rosemary cared for patients in Norfolk, VA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Miami University in Oxford, OH and completed her Physician Assistant studies at LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
