Skin Center Staff

	Dr. Richard Eisen is the founding physician and Director of South Shore Skin Center. As a well known Dermatologist in the Northeast, Dr. Eisen has held several teaching positions and is a published author for general medicine and dermatology.Dr. Eisen is a Board Certified Dermatologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is a recognized expert in laser therapy and is a fellow of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and American Society of Lasers in Medicine and Surgery.
	Dr. Ramzi Saad, a Board Certified Dermatologist, joined South Shore Skin Center in 1995. Before joining the practice, Dr. Saad had a distinguished career in the U.S. Army, holding positions as Chief of the Department of Dermatology at Keller Army Hospital, West Point, as well as Assistant Chief of the Dermatology Department at William Beaumont AMC. Dr. Saad has published numerous Dermatology papers and has held teaching positions throughout the U.S. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
	Dr. Barry M. Austin, a Board Certified Dermatologist and Board Eligible Dermatopathologist, joined South Shore Skin Center in 2010. Dr. Austin completed his Bachelors degree in Biology and a Bachelors of Medical Science at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. He then went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Austin served as an Ajunct Professor of Dermatology at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center for 12 years. He also operated a solo dermatologic practice in Rutland, VT for 25 years. In 2008 he moved to Lake Oswego, Oregon to join the Lake Oswego Dermatology Group. Dr. Austin is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
	Dr. Katherine J. Ayers, a Board Certified Dermatologist, joined the practice in 2008. Dr. Ayers treats both medical and cosmetic patients at South Shore Skin Center. Her cosmetics practice includes Botox, Fillers and laser treatments. In addition to caring for patients at South Shore Skin Center, Dr. Ayers is an Associate Staff member of Jordan Hospital in Plymouth and an Affiliate Staff member for South Shore Hospital in Weymouth. She has published in dermatology literature and has been involved in and led skin cancer screenings. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery: Massachusetts Medical Society; the American Medical Women’s Association and the American Medical Association.
	Dr. Navid Bouzari, a Board Certified Dermatologist and Mohs Micrographic Surgeon, joined South Shore Skin Center in 2011. Dr. Bouzari completed his dermatology residency at University of Miami, Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery. He completed his clinical fellowship in procedural dermatology at Lahey Clinic/Harvard University Department of Dermatology. He has authored many book chapters and journal articles on dermatological issues and diseases. Most recently, he co-authored a chapter of Indoor Tanning (McGraw Hill) and a chapter of Medicines and Therapies Associated with Skin Cancer (McGraw Hill). Dr. Bouzari’s articles have been published internationally. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
	Dr. William W. Stocker, a Board Certified Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist joined South Shore Skin Center in 2009. Dr. Stocker has been practicing dermatology and dermatopathology for more than 30 years. Before joining the practice, Dr. Stocker was with AmeriPath and Dermpath Diagnostics of Marietta, GA. He was also a Dermatopathologist at Cape Cod Dermatopathology and an Associate of Hongmei Li, M.D., PhD. at DermPath NewEngland in Boston. Previous to that, he cared for thousands of patients at his private dermatology practice in Hyannis, which was affiliated with Cape Cod Dermatology and Cape Cod Dermatopathology.He has been on the Affiliate Staff of Cape Cod Hospital and Bassett Healthcare (Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital) in NY. Dr. Stocker holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Harvard University and a Medical Degree from Case Western Reserve University, one of the nation’s top research universities located in Cleveland, OH. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the New England Dermatological Society, the Dermatology Foundation, the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and the Massachusetts Medical Association.
	Jessica L. Bahros, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant with over twelve years of clinical experience. She has strong surgical skills and a primary focus on medical Dermatology. Jessica received her Master’s of Health Sciences from Antioch New England Graduate School, and has trained at Johns Hopkins Hospital Baltimore, MD. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and a member of the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants.
	Stacey J. Burns, PA-C is an expert in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology and has more than fifteen years experience in dermatology as a board certified Physician Assistant. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Stacey worked as a Medical Assistant in a dermatology practice in Wellesley, MA. She also trained at the Naval Hospital in Great Lakes, IL as a hospital corpsman in the Dermatology Clinic.Stacey received her Masters in Health Sciences degree from Boston’s Northeastern University. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
	Elizabeth J. McLeish, PA-C has been a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology for over thirteen years. She has developed an expertise in general dermatology through caring for patients in Providence, RI, eastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod. Elizabeth is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She holds a Masters in Health Sciences from Northeastern University.
	Vanessa (Pollard) Rando, PA-C is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who has specialized in dermatology for the past two years. Previous to entering into dermatology, Vanessa was an Internal Medicine Physician Assistant at a busy general practice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Boston University and a Master of Medical Science from Yale University School of Medicine. Vanessa is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
